Police are still trying to identify and find a man who detectives believe vandalized the windows of the Oregon Jewish Holocaust Museum in July – and they’re now asking for the public’s help.
The suspect, caught by a surveillance camera at the museum, allegedly used a paint pen to draw swastikas on windows around 12:30 a.m. on July 29, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement. The man also wrote the tag “@cowface23.”
