LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- It is another quiet and pleasant afternoon across Mid-Michigan, and our quiet weather pattern is set to continue for the next several days before the chance for rain slightly increases over the weekend.

Dry weather sticks around for the rest of our Wednesday, with cloud cover slowly decreasing this evening as temperatures climb into the upper 70s.

Temperatures climb into the low 80s for the remainder of the work week, with mostly sunny conditions in the forecast.

Even though we will stay in the 80s for highs over the weekend, it will come along with a slight chance for rain.
