LUBBOCK, Texas--Marquis Diaz, 24, was arrested on Friday for charges of Deadly Conduct by Discharging a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, stemming from his involvement in a July altercation that involved nearly 100 people and resulted in five injuries.
