The NBA’s in-season tournament is changing venues.

The league on Wednesday announced that the NBA Cup semifinals will no longer be played in Las Vegas, but rather at the home arena of the higher-seeded teams in the Western and Eastern Conferences. The move will take effect during the 2026-27 NBA season.

The tournament, which started in 2023-24, has held semifinal and championship matchups at neutral-site venues in Las Vegas during its first two iterations. And that will continue this season.

But after 2025-26, only the championship game will be held at a neutral site.

The Blazers, who are 3-5 all-time in NBA Cup games, went 2-2 in the second annual in-season tournament last season, finishing fourth in their group and failing to reach the eight-team knockout round.
