U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement related encounters around the Boston area have turned into anxiety for some people.

Federal officials have been very clear – they are increasing ICE activity in and around Boston . It's been raising questions about what people should be doing if they see what appears to be an ICE operation underway.

We've seen cell phone videos recently showing ICE activity in East Boston and Chelsea. The activity has put some people on edge across the region as Homeland Security announces ramped up operations.

“It is pretty scary to see ICE in the neighborhood and stuff," Jordan Gustave said.

“Personally, I think it is pretty despicable. And scary," added Leah Krason.
