Nate Bargatze is ready to go hard core on Emmy Sunday in an attempt to keep winners’ speeches to 45 seconds or less.

While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday, the comedian who is set to emcee the 77th Annual Emmys on CBS said he will start the night by promising a $100,000 donation to the Boys and Girls Club. However, that number will be reduced by $1,000 every time a winner goes a second over their allocated speech time.

“I know it’s tough but look, if you go under, we will put $1,000 back on you so you can give it back,” he told Jimmy Kimmel. “Look, I always say that we’ve got three hours, but we don’t need to use it all. And so if everybody gave [the time] away, it would be a ton of money. But the ones who go long … it will get me down to like, 10 grand.”
