Former Astronomer HR honcho Kristin Cabot — who was central to the Coldplay kiss-cam scandal — and her estranged husband have asked the court to seal their divorce.

Kristin and Andrew Cabot agreed in August that they want to “provide their family and the children with as much protection and privacy as allowed by NH Law” and therefore want to seal the divorce petition and proceedings, according to a motion filed in New Hampshire court and viewed by TMZ.

The outlet reports that the divorce is currently sealed, suggesting the judge has honored the former couple’s request.

Andrew also reportedly indicated in court documents that he is willing to settle via mediation.
