CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — On Tuesday, voters in Cleveland Heights decisively recalled Mayor Kahlil Seren in the Primary Election. Results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections showed a whopping 82% of voters opting to remove Seren from office less than four months before his four-year term is scheduled to end.

Both Seren and his replacement said Wednesday that they are committed to a smooth transition in Cleveland Heights, bringing a sigh of relief to some residents.
