COLLEGE STATION, Texas — A suspect is in custody following a multi-agency police chase that ended in College Station.
The Navasota Police Department said it was notified on Wednesday, Sept. 10 about a vehicle that had fled from the College Station Police Department. Navasota Police reportedly found the vehicle in Navasota, and confirmed the driver had two active warrants.
Navasota Police said the driver fled again, leading officers to chase them into College Station.
College Station Police deployed spike strips, and the driver was taken into custody after trying to run away on foot, according to Navasota Police.
Navasota Police said the driver has been charged with evading arrest in vehicle, evading arrest on foot and resisting arrest, and was booked into the Brazos County Jail.
