Conservative influencer Charlie Kirk has died after being shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on Sept. 10.

Kirk, who was also the CEO and co-founder of the conservative nonprofit Turning Point USA, was shot in the neck at a debate hosted by the organization. He was 31.

Several Delaware leaders spanning both sides of the political aisle have issued statements following the shooting.
