CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) The city of Carbondale has announced its plans for Halloween.

Officials are calling it the Carbondale Halloween Homecoming Music Street Festival. It merges Halloween with SIU Homecoming.

Officials will shut down the Strip, and have a night of music, food, and family-friendly fun.

That event is happening Friday, October 24th from 3 to 10 p.m.
