OAKLAND, Ore. - The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) has concluded a three-month investigation, resulting in the arrest Monday of two Oakland residents, according to investigators.
Two suspects, identified as 42-year-old Caleb M. Plueard and 44-year-old Erica S. Hewlett, were arrested on Sept. 8 on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearms and drug dealing throughout Douglas County. According to DINT, detectives executed a search warrant on Sept. 8 at an Oakland residence on Wells Road. They discovered 15 firearms, including a short barrel shotgun, and various drugs that included methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Plueard, a convicted felon on parole, now faces 53 charges, including felon in possession of a firearm and various drug offenses. Hewlett faces eight charges related to
