Camelot Homes has broken ground at Villas II, the second phase of its 23-home single-family detached residences within the Seven Desert Mountain golf community.

Villas II brings back two award winning floor plans from the sold out first phase of Camelot’s Villas community, designed by Robert Hidey Architects. Each plan includes two to four bedrooms, three and a half to four and a half bathrooms, and 2,768 to 3,305 square feet.
