ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)- Ahead of the November election, Albuquerque Public Schools is now detailing the projects they say they'll be able to pay for if voters pass a $350 million bond. The list includes classroom additions that the district says have been at a standstill because of ballooning construction costs. "For the past five years, there's been huge construction inflation all over the country between 60 and 120 percent," said the executive director of APS Capital Master Plan, Kizito Wijenje.
