ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It's been nearly a week since the start of the New Mexico State Fair, and the Albuquerque Police Department is cracking down on crime along Central Ave. They said the department's auto theft and prostitution operations have led to dozens of arrests.
