Coke Canada Bottling has completed an $8-million investment in its existing facility on Barton Street in Hamilton, the company announced Wednesday.
The company also marked 100 years of operations in the city.
“Today, we are celebrating some major upgrades we have recently made right here in Hamilton,” said Tony Chow, president of Coke Canada Bottling.
“That includes a new roof, facade improvements, security enhancements and upgrades to all the employee spaces,” he added.
The investment into the distribution centre also funded new fencing, paving work, upgrades to the loading docks, as well as new metal racks inside the warehouse that store bottled drinks.
