Broad business owners want to know where's the plan to add parking to road project

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Construction on Broad Street is moving forward, leaving business owners asking, where's the plan? “We were supposed to hear some revised plans, gosh, I don't know, six weeks ago.
