A Baton Rouge school bus was struck Wednesday by another vehicle, leading the four students who were on board to seek medical attention, said a spokeswoman for the East Baton Rouge Parish school system.

Spokeswoman Taylor Gast said the accident occurred about 3 p.m. and that the bus was taking home students from Woodlawn middle and high schools. Gast said the students on board requested medical attention, but she said she does not know what injuries, if any, they suffered. She said the driver of the bus was not hurt.
