Council heard during their Tuesday meeting the Arts Inc. project needs more than $16.5 million to finish. The RMWB has already contributed $5 million towards the project. Council can only authorize a further maximum of $6.4 million. It is unlikely ACWB can cover the remaining $10.1 million shortfall, according to a report to council from the RMWB’s community services department. Article content
