Kennedy recently dismissed all 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the expert panel whose recommendations influence which vaccines are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers. Now, his new handpicked appointees are reconsidering which vaccines to recommend.
