St. Joseph County Police Officers will honor those whose lives were forever changed 24 years ago.
They’ll participate in a memorial stair run at Penn High School to honor the lives lost and forever changed on September 11, 2001.
Some will climb stairs in full uniform, following a detailed schedule in remembrance of the timeline of the attacks.
They will begin their climb at 8:46 a.m., marking the moment Flight 11 struck the North Tower, serving as a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks and the heroic first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.
