SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT (ABC22/FOX44) - New bicycle laws could be coming to South Burlington to address an increase in electric, and motorized vehicles.
South Burlington's Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee brainstormed new safety rules to propose to city council.
The committee agreed on three main points for its proposal: To better educate people on bike safety and expectations for shared-use paths; to update what's considered a bike versus another mobility device, recommending speed limits in certain places.
