( 25News Now ) - Normal U-High has been a golf powerhouse since the turn of the millennium, and this season is no different as the Pioneers Girls’ Golf team was dominant once again at the Intercity Golf Tournament today.

The Pioneers swept both the team title with a combined score of 308, and had the top two individual finishers with Natalie Ocheltree’s 70 and Audrey Hitt’s 76. Normal Community finished 2nd as a team, led by Zoey Wilde’s 81 and Savanna Siegrist’s 84.

East Peoria and Illini Bluffs volleyball both notched another mark in the win column, while Peoria Christian soccer defended their home turf with a 4-0 shutout over Metamora.
