They might be bruised, battered, and still celebrating their respective premierships, but the coaches of East Ulverstone and South Burnie are adamant their sides will give the Country Cup their all.

And they won't have to wait too much longer to see if they can add another piece of silverware to their collection, with the NWFA and DFA premiers to meet on Saturday, September 13.

It'll be a short turnaround for Jamie Collins and his Hawks, who last Saturday defeated Queenstown to clinch the 2025 DFA flag.

"I'm not going to lie, it's going to be hard," Collins said.

"Because you put so much into a grand final, and you put your body through so much on the day, it's very hard to back up for another game after you've won one and celebrated it.
