A Roswell man was arrested Wednesday morning by Albuquerque Police on a warrant charging him with multiple criminal counts related to the Sept. 1 armed robbery of Farmer’s Country Market in Roswell and the theft of a church van that was then used in the robbery.

The Roswell Police Department identified Brandon Harris, 29, as one of the two suspects in the van theft and store robbery. According to court documents, the van was stolen from First Church of the Nazarene in Roswell.

Harris has been charged with the following felonies: armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery (second offense), two counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, two counts of conspiracy to commit unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and larceny. He will be returned to Roswell to face these charges.
