The 2025 "Thursday Night Football" schedule gets underway tonight to kick off Week 2 of the NFL season.
Divisional matchups make up the majority of the 16 games scheduled on Amazon Prime Video this season.
Of the 16 games Amazon Prime Video will stream this year, 10 of them are divisional games. Two divisions – the NFC North and AFC South – are not scheduled to have a divisional prime-time game on Thursday this year. It marks the second consecutive season the AFC South has been left without a divisional clash on "Thursday Night Football."
Week 8 and Week 12 will feature the only two interconference matchups of the year on "Thursday Night Football."
The prime-time action on Thursday nights began in 2006 with just five matchups. Now in 2025, "Thursday Night Football" reaches its 20th season of existence. Fan won't want to miss a second of the NFL action.
