This former OKC office building is getting new life. Here's what renovations are planned

The former Baptist Building, which sold earlier this spring, is being redeveloped to serve a growing need in the metro area.

Property deed transaction history on the Oklahoma County Assessor’s website shows the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma property at 3800 N. May Ave. sold for $3 million on March 31 to Tourbineau Real Estate Partners.
