A high-profile takedown in front of the Hartford courthouse was caught on camera in what appeared to be one of the latest arrests by ICE.

In a takedown that took less than 90 seconds, a group of approximately eight people in tactical gear - some with masks and some with the word “police” on their vests - took away someone who appeared to be of Hispanic origin, and was trying to go to court.

Bail bondsmen, attorneys and others at the courthouse told us this now happens anywhere from once a week, to daily.

At this point, ICE has not responded to NBC Connecticut’s requests for more information.
