CANFIELD The Mahoning County Grand Jury is considering the case of A Boardman man accused of making 81 phone calls to the Canfield Police Department in a single evening, allegedly threatening officers and using profanity, according to police and court records.
Kevin Seamons, 38, of 4026 Stratmore Ave., was arrested July 23 after authorities say he placed dozens of calls to the Canfield Police Department on July 22. According to a police report, Seamons was at times "irate and threatening in manner."
The calls reportedly began at approximately 7:58 p.m. on July 22, when a caller later identified as Seamons requested to speak with a shift supervisor. Canfield police said Seamons was yelling profanity and making "vague threats" related to a 2023 criminal case. A police sergeant informed
