Elon Musk has been dethroned as the world's wealthiest person, according to Bloomberg.

As of Sept. 10, Larry Ellison has taken over the top spot for the world's wealthiest person . Ellison's wealth surged by over $100 billion following Oracle's powerful earnings report on Tuesday evening.

Bloomberg reported , "Ellison’s fortune soared $101 billion as of 10:10 a.m. in New York after Oracle Corp. reported quarterly results that surpassed expectations and said there’s more growth to come."
