S&P/TSX composite up 150 points Thursday morning, U.S. stock markets rise

TORONTO — Strength in financial stocks helped lift Canada's main stock index in late-morning trading on Thursday, while U.S. markets also rose. The S&P/TSX composite index was up 150.15 points at 29,329.54.
