Judge Adam Swartz has purchased more than six bubble guns during his tenure at the North Dallas Government Center. They’ve become vital to his job—he orders the juice to supply them in bulk so he doesn’t run out. “It’s the best twenty bucks that I’ve spent, basically ever,” he says.

Swartz was first elected in 2022; one of his day-to-day duties is officiating court-ordained weddings. In an effort to make his work less routine—and give newlyweds the most memorable unions possible—he tapped into his theater background and got creative. In other words, he added bubbles.
