President Donald Trump began his speech at the September 11th Observance event in Arlington, Virginia today with a message about his close supporter and friend Charlie Kirk who was assassinated at a speaking event in Utah yesterday, September 10th. The president announced that he will be presenting Kirk, posthumously, with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
