Mayoral candidates discussed plans to improve city services and fund nonprofits during the final Annapolis mayoral debate before Tuesday’s primary election .

The 2025 city election will determine the mayor and the entire City Council, who each serve four-year terms.

Annapolis voters will decide Tuesday between Democratic mayoral candidates Rhonda Pindell Charles , a current Ward 3 alderman, and Jared Littmann , a former alderman and co-owner of an Annapolis hardware store.

The winner of the primary will advance to the November general election against Republican Bob O’Shea , who has no primary opponent.
