ASHEVILLE – Shiloh Mukendi and Marvyn Larozar have never minded sharing carries.

The Asheville School running backs have shared a two-back system together for over a decade and across international borders, starting back when they were 5- and 6-years old in Ottawa, Canada.

Larozar and Mukendi started playing together in mites, the smallest level of youth football in Ottawa. Now 1,000 miles south in Asheville, the two have each rushed for roughly 400 yards to lead the Blues to a 2-0-1 record.
