The new series of Porterville College Cultural and Historical Awareness Program, CHAP, lectures are dedicated to PC Professor emeritus Richard Osborne, who passed away in April, said Leslie Keele, PC History Professor, when she thanked everyone for attending the first CHAP lecture of the “Don’t Stop Believing” series on Tuesday.
