Charlie Kirk is dead. He was struck in the neck by a bullet during an event being held on the campus of Utah Valley University. Since news of the shooting broke, there has been an all-hands-on-deck manhunt between local law enforcement and the FBI to find the shooter and bring him to justice. According to ABC News, the FBI has announced that they have recovered a “high-powered bolt action rifle” that was located in a wooded area near the site of the shooting. They also announced that they have a palm print and a forearm print that is believed to belong to the shooter, who is said to have escaped into a neighborhood adjacent to the UVU campus.
