A Frightened Little Survivor

When Donna, a rescuer with Stray Rescue of St. Louis , received a call about three starving puppies struggling in terrible conditions, she immediately rushed to the scene.

She quickly spotted one of the dogs, but it was clear from the start that he was terrified of her presence. His fear was so strong that he growled whenever Donna tried to get close .
