Following the shooting at Utah Valley University, a social media account called out a post that appeared to be shared by a staff member at the School District of Lancaster.

The reposted photo called Kirk a "racist" in addition to saying they "extend no empathy for people like that".
Since then, the post has drawn significant attention on social media. The School District of Lancaster responded with the following message on their website:
