Gary Wordham has been tapped to serve as the new president of physical production at Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group.
He joins the company from Universal Pictures, where he oversaw all aspects of physical production over his 18 years at the studio, including for the two most recent installments in the “Fast & Furious” series of films, as well as “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again,” “Jason Bourne,” “The Mummy,” “Girls Trip,” “Inglourious Basterds,” “Bridesmaids” and “Savages.” He recently managed the two “Wicked” films, as well as next year’s Christopher Nolan epic, “The Odyssey.”
Wordham will begin his new role at Warner Bros. in October. He joins the studio as it is on a hot streak, releasing hits like “Sinners,” “Weapons,” “Superman” and “The Conjuring: Last Rites,” which recently overt
