FRANKFORT, Ky. — A new documentary will tell the story of eastern Kentucky's strength and resilience as it continues to rebuild following the deadly 2022 flooding.

Gov. Andy Beshear, D-Ky., announced "RISING," which will premiere Sept. 18 at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg. A roundtable discussion will follow the screening.
