BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Foothills Festival is coming back Jasper Friday and Saturday.

The two-day event is a free music concert presented by the Jasper Area Entertainment. The concert will take place at Courthouse Square and throughout the entertainment district of downtown Jasper.
