GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Workers are busy moving dirt on a 3.14-acre property on the southwest corner of East Beltline Avenue and 5 Mile Road to make way for Raven Flats Townhomes.

Developer Dave Visser plans to construction six, four-unit buildings for a total of 24 townhomes for rent. The crew is currently building out the infrastructure, including water, sewer and streets, and plans to have site work done around mid-October.
