The New York Knicks have made an addition late in NBA free agency, signing veteran guard Landry Shamet to a one-year deal, per ESPN's Shams Charania.

Shamet spent the 2024-25 season with the Knicks, and will now return for a second campaign in the Big Apple .

Shamet joined the Knicks on a one-year deal last offseason on a veteran's minimum contract. He ended up appearing in 50 games, averaging 5.7 points and 1.2 rebounds per contest while shooting 46.1 percent from the field and 39.7 percent from deep.

He also appeared in 11 postseason games in the Knicks' run to the Eastern Conference Finals, averaging 2.4 points across 7.5 minutes per contest
