Richmond American Homes has unveiled its newest neighborhood, Portfolio at Lucero, located in the vibrant master-planned community of Estrella in Goodyear. The Grand Opening celebration is set for Friday, Sept. 26, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 16969 W. Ardmore Road, marking the builder’s second neighborhood in the village of Lucero.
