Two months ago, few could have imagined Greg Higgins, the lion of Portland’s farm-to-table food scene, headlining a pizza collaboration that will go down as one of the local food events of the year.
But much has changed since July 12, the day Higgins announced his namesake restaurant would soon be forced to close , bringing to an end a 31-year run on Southwest Broadway.
