Milwaukee woman remembers firefighter father 24 years after 9/11

KEWASKUM, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Julie Henneberry spoke at the annual September 11th remembrance at Wisconsin's 9/11 Memorial and Education Center in Kewaskum today.

"It was after my little boy that I wanted to be about to tell him about his grandpa and how brave he was," she said as she talked about her father, who was a New York Fire Department Lieutenant lost in the terror attack.

The impact on families is still so vivid, 24 years after the initial shock.
