LORAIN, Ohio — Donte Parker, the 24-year-old man who was captured this summer in Elyria after evading police for several months, has been indicted by a Lorain County grand jury on two charges related with his apprehension on July 18.
According to court documents, Parker was indicated on one count of obstructing official business and one count of possessing criminal tools. Both charges are felonies.
Thursday's indictment is just the latest in a series of criminal charges filed against Parker.
