MIFFLINBURG — Valley leaders are gathering this week to strengthen their communities at the “Reducing Recidivism: Collaborating for Success” interactive mini conference.

The conference, hosted by the Union County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, is a two-day event that began on Thursday.
