Bradley University officially opened its newly renovated Williams Dining Hall on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Bradley alum and celebrity chef Jeff Mauro.
The updated dining space includes more seating and several new food stations, with options designed for students seeking plant-based or allergen-conscious meals.

Bradley President James Shadid told attendees the project represents more than a campus upgrade.
“Peoria’s success and Bradley’s successes are deeply connected. When our students thrive, so does this city. And when Peoria flourishes, Bradley is stronger for it,” Shadid said.
